The EDOPAC-SERIES edible oil heater is an ideal heating solution for food factories, especially in fried food processing. It features a specially designed system with stainless steel and seamless steel pipe construction, achieving a high thermal efficiency of 96%. Capable of heating oil up to 350°C, it allows full oil drainage and prevents carbonization with a low heat release rate. The system operates fully automatically and supports multiple fuels, including natural gas, LPG, diesel, and heavy oil. Suitable for various frying systems like potato chip lines and batch fryers, its vertical design saves space and reduces both boiler room and fuel costs.
